With the changing times and increasing technology, our environment has suffered a lot. The laundry industry impacts the environment in terms of resource, energy & chemical use and waste production. However all Butlers Laundry operations are persistently monitored to ensure they are as effective and efficient as possible with a minimum threat to the environment. Our systems and methods comply with all current legislation, standards and guidelines and we achieve each laundered item’s maximum working life, reducing unnecessary waste.
We invest in our systems to maintain the highest quality standards and to ensure that we achieve all the recognised and relevant certifications. These are a visible symbol of our commitment to quality and accountability. They show we take our responsibilities as an employer and supplier seriously. Our laundry systems and processes operate through internationally recognised certifications, namely - ISO9001 and ISO14001. We have also been voted as the ‘SUPERBRAND’ of the year 2014.
We use less than 3 liters of water per kilo of laundry washed, compared to an OPL which would normally use between 30 and 40 liters of water per kilo.
